UK DELIVERY

All orders over £150.00 will be FREE and send Standard Delivery.

Orders under £150.00 are £3.99 and sent Standard Delivery.

We aim to send our Custom Trainers out with in 7-10 days.

EU DELIVERY
Standard Royal Mail Delivery (3-4 working days) – £10.99

UNITED STATES DELIVERY
Standard Royal Mail Delivery (5-7 working days) –  £10.99

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY (Not in the EU)
Standard Royal Mail Delivery (5-7 working days) – £10.99

Once your order has left our HQ, we will contact you with a reference number to track your parcels progress online.

COLLECTIONS
If you would like to collect your order, please send an email too lance.birchall95@hotmail.co.uk to arrange collection this from Stoke on Trent.

Returns are at the cost of the customer not LB Customs.

LB Customs only stocks the highest quality authentic brands and we make it a priority to check every single item before we dispatch the order to ensure our customers are 100% happy with their purchase.

Any Items that you would like to return must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order. Items must be unworn with original tags and original packaging in order for us to issue a refund.

We cannot accept any returned items that do not meet the criteria listed above.

All correctly returned items will be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred.
We advise all customers to check items thoroughly on delivery of goods, before removing and disposing of labels and original packaging.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order for a full refund up to the point of dispatch. If you change your mind after we have dispatched your order please follow the returns policy listed above.
